Ensite is early. This page states plainly what we actually do today, rather than a formal policy we can't yet stand fully behind — a proper, counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy is being finalized. If you need something specific for procurement or compliance purposes in the meantime, email us and we'll get you a direct answer.

What we store

The documents, property records and account details you or your team upload or enter to use Ensite. That's it — we don't buy in third-party data about you or your organization.

Where it lives

Application data and uploaded documents are stored with Supabase, in the EU-West (Ireland) region, behind row-level access control scoped to your organization. See our Security & governance page for the technical detail.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use your documents to train third-party models.
• We don't share your organization's records with anyone outside your organization, except where you explicitly generate a shared Grid Passport link.
