A full Terms of Service is being finalized with counsel. Until it's published here, using Ensite implies acceptance of ordinary, reasonable terms: you own the data you upload, you won't use the platform to attempt to access another organization's records, and you won't misuse the service (attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or resell access without an agreement with us).
